Warranty

Norseraft Packrafts have a 3-year warranty from the date of the purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Also, after the warranty period we are looking out for our customers and their products. If you do have any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Limitations of warranty:

• Spraydeck, seats, and all attachment points are covered by a 2-year warranty in materials and workmanship. These items are designed to be lightweight at de expense of durability and longevity under normal use.
• This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wear and tear to seams, tubes and floors. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use, failure to maintain according to Norseraft recommendations and/or usage in conditions or applications other than recommended.
• This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by accident,
  improper care, abuse of the product, noncompliance with manufacturer’s
  specifications.
• This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified or altered.
• This warranty does not apply for damages caused by commercial use.
• TiZip:
• TiZip-zipper require specialized care and maintenance for correct usage. Failure to keep tour TiZip-zipper properly maintained will void your TiZip installation warranty.
• TiZip-zippers are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship solely with respect to the installation of the zipper.
